The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the coffee was delicious. The hotel was close to the main attractions and had a shuttle service.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed to be more interested in chatting with each other than assisting guests. The pool was dirty and not well-maintained, and there was no lifeguard on duty.

The hotel had a great location to attend our convention with a shuttle and was near Siem Reap's attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and provided free spa vouchers.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive experience. the room had amazing amenities, including a comfortable bed and high, quality toiletries. the outdoor pool was stunning, with saltwater and sun loungers. the library and picnic area were delightful features. the restaurant served delicious halal food, and I enjoyed my in, room breakfast.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the packed lunch I ordered. the food was mediocre, and the portion size was small.

The pool was lovely and the gym had some good equipment. the location was great for exploring the local area and being close to restaurants and shops. Plus, the Christmas decorations added to the festive atmosphere.
The rooms were noisy and we could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the staff were also a bit unorganized during check-in and it took far too long to get our room.

This hotel is conveniently located just a short ride away from the central attractions. You can easily access the convention center and enjoy the huge pool that isn't crowded. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-working air conditioning. the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes from local to western cuisine. you can try out some great food at the reasonably priced on-site restaurants.
The housekeeping could be a bit more responsive to guests' needs.
